I have done a lot for this project but there is still plenty more to do. If you would like to get involved, please fill out the form on out contact page linked below. Or feel free to reach out via Facebook or Instagram. We need help sourcing construction contacts including an architect, HVAC engineer, plumber, and concrete specialists. We also could use help fundraising. I am paying finders fees to people that bring me investments.

Fundraising

We need roughly $180,000 before we can get a 504 SBA loan.

A bank loan will give us the funds to buy land and construct a building.

Must adhere to zoning laws. Will be somewhere close to the highway and easy to navigate from off ramps.

Most of the ideation work is already done in regards to the building. We are currently seeking an architect to help us bring this project to life.
